Following a successful contract win with Wiltshire County Council waste and recycling, Hills Waste subsequently awarded Riverside with the provision of the maintenance of their full vehicle fleet.  This contract, which commenced on 1st August 2018, and will continue for the next eight years, is one of the largest that Riverside have been awarded.

Covering the maintenance of circa 180 RCVs. As a direct result of this NRG have plans to build a new workshop facility in Calne, which will require the recruitment of a number of maintenance staff, administrators and management.  A dedicated contract manager for Hills Waste has already been employed. The new facility, all being well, will be up and running within the first year of the contract.

In the meantime, all body and lifting servicing along with Loler certifications is being undertaken by NRG mobile technicians, with all other maintenance is being carried out by approved 3rd party repairers.
