Finalists announced in British HR Awards 2023

We are delighted to announce that our People Services Director, Jenny Cook, has been named a Finalist in the British HR Awards 2023.

With a range of categories including ‘Best Overall People Experience,’ ‘Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year’ and ‘HR Leader of the Year’ the British HR Awards 2023 sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience.

This year, just over 220 entries were received from organisations across the UK, and so competition to be named a Finalist proved to be especially tough. Firms taking part range from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, and global titans.

The British HR Awards 2023 Judges include:
• Mary Foulkes OBE FCIPD, Director of Equity, Inclusion and Culture at Shelter
• Mairi Probin, Chief Culture and People Officer at The MAPD Group
• Melanie Punch, Head of UK Careers at Investec

• Janet Roberts, Chief People & Culture Officer at Cycas Hospitality
• Tara Ryan, People Experience Director at Monzo
• Perry Timms, Chief Energy Officer at People and Transformational HR
• Helen Tindle, HR Director at Iceland Foods
• Nate Harwood, Founder at New Possible

We will find out if we have won at an awards ceremony to be held in Central London on the 22nd March 2023.

Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible and British HR Awards judge said: “This year saw 125% more entries submitted making judging a real challenge but also a great privilege.
