NRG Riverside Completes Acquisition of Specialist Fleet Services (SFS)
Further to the announcement NRG Riverside Acquires Specialist Fleet Services (SFS) on June 22nd, 2026, NRG Riverside is pleased to announce that the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Specialist Fleet Services Limited from the Paragon Banking Group completed on July 10th, 2026. NRG Riverside are delighted to welcome Specialist Fleet Services colleagues to the business and look forward to continuing to provide a high-quality service to our valued customers across the UK.
NRG Riverside is one of the UK’s premier municipal and specialist fleet hire and management companies, with 18 service and maintenance depots across the North West and South East, supported by 24 mobile engineers and 300 service partners. It offers short and long-term vehicle rental, contract hire and HGV and LCV fleet repair and maintenance services to the public and private sector.
SFS, headquartered in Northampton, together with its CTS Municipal Vehicle Hire division in Gloucestershire, provides contract hire and vehicle leasing solutions across the UK to the private and public sector, along with comprehensive fleet management and workshop expertise.
