Specialist vehicle contract hire and rental company, Riverside Truck Rental, has selected Andrew Holliday to manage National Accounts (North) and the North East.
Andrew, who lives in the North-East near Durham, joins Riverside Truck Rental at a time the award-winning company is enjoying record volumes and turnover.
Andrew has a wealth of experience in the commercial vehicle industry. He has been involved in trucks and vans from the age of 16 when he started an engineering apprenticeship. Subsequently, he worked for 23 years in commercial vehicles sales at several dealer groups where he managed, developed growth from fleet, local authority and core customers holding various positions, including senior management roles.
Most recently he spent over eight years selling semi-trailers for several trailer manufacturers and joins us from the Cartwright Group where he was National Account Director. He also specialised in dry freight, refrigerated trailer and rigid body sales, contract hire and rental.
Andrew’s experience and expertise is an ideal fit for NRG Fleet Services.
In his new appointment, he has responsibility for development, execution and management of blue-chip National Accounts. He will also further building Riverside Truck Rentals presence in the North-East. Andrew will be the internal and external contact representing RTR and associated group businesses.
