Fleet Vision International – The Show

On the 11th April 2024, fleet professionals gathered at Guildhall London for Fleet Vision International – THE SHOW to learn from Industry experts about the challenges, changing landscape and technological advances within the industry and chat with internal and external exhibitors showcasing their vehicles, products and services.

Jenny Cook, NRG Riverside Chief People Officer, ended the days conference with a talk about ‘Wellbeing that Works’; an insightful talk about the journey NRG Riverside have been on with mental health awareness, the importance of talking creating a safe space to share concerns and practical advice on how a workplace can support its employees.

Celebrating excellence at this years’ Fleet Vision Awards

Hosted by the City of London, the Fleet Vision International Awards celebrates best practices globally. NRG Riverside were proud to have sponsored the evening meal and awards once again and Neil Beck MBE, World Cup Winning rugby player kicked off proceedings with an intimate insight into his career. Taking place on the evening of the Fleet Vision Internal – The Show and in the inimitable surroundings of the Banking Hall, the Fleet Vision International Gala Dinner & Industry Awards shines a light and celebrates industry excellence across the private and public sectors.

Liz Hardman, Senior Service Manager for NRG Riverside took the coveted trophy for ‘Young Industry Champion’ and after a short and heart warming speech, took her seat as this years’ winner.

Liz commented “Winning Young Industry Champion 2024 is a tremendous honour to which I am deeply appreciative of the recognition. It fuels my determination to excel and to continue making positive contributions to the industry.”

Russell Markstein, Chief Commercial Officer gave a standing ovation for Liz as she accepted her award, commenting; “A worthy winner, Liz is an exceptional industry professional, we are so proud and wish her all the luck in her very prosperous future. A huge done to all the winners from the evening”.

Other winners from the evening included Direct Tyre Management for Most sustainable Fleet Management Department and Gareth Jones at Speedy Hire taking home the Industry Personality of the Year.
